I thought it would be the fan belt but upon inspection i saw that my water pump pulley was not spinning at all, adjusting the fan belt didnt help. i removed the fan belt, pulley, and water pump, check around. New water pump should be nice a tight and not spin freely. Also the rotation should be perfectly smooth. If it feels gritty, it's bad. Bearings, like the tensioner pulley are the same. A free spinning one is bad, and one that is smooth and tight is good. Judging from the video, yours is good. Another easy way to tell is if it leaks or not.
